Hello! I’m Angela Marie and I am the creator of this Blog!
About My Journey to Where I am Now…

I started my fitness journey in High School with a group of women and a great trainer who made a huge impact on my life! So, when it came time to start thinking about college and a career I knew I wanted to major in Exercise Science and pursue a career in  the fitness industry.

After my first semester of college, I got certified to be a Group Exercise Instructor and a job leading classes at the Student Rec Center on Campus which I loved so much! But, after a ton of extra work I finished my 4 year degree in just 3 years and my job ended at the Student Rec Center.

What I Do Now…

Soon after graduation I moved to a new city and started working at an amazing group exercise gym called Orange Theory Fitness! Along with two other part time jobs (gotta pay the bills!) and this blog I have all my time accounted for!

About My Family & Friends…

Besides fitness and nutrition, I’m also a normal person who has an awesome group of  family and friends! I have a wonderful boyfriend whom I’ve been with since my Freshman year of High School! Along with some great brothers, sisters and sister-in-laws! My family means the world to me, so even though I moved, I am visit them almost every weekend!

About My Blog


Within the Fitness category, I hope to post 1-2 workout videos a week! The goal of my workouts is to be able to do them almost anywhere! So they require very minimal equipment or possibly no equipment at all!


The nutrition section will be a learning experience for you and me! My main degree is in Exercise Science so I’m not an expert or anything so the nutrition section will be things that I have learned from some of my classes and some I have learned from books, research and personal experiences! I hope to include things such as recipes to how to read labels, healthy snacks and more! I’ll post within this category at least once a week maybe more depending on how much information I have to share that week!

The lifestyle section is a fun section for me to write in, this section can be anything relating to a healthy lifestyle! Such as using essential oils, great workout shoes depending on what your workouts are and how much sleep you should get!
